Orise Acquires SAP Solution Provider Advanced Xelerate Tech
Orise is pleased to announce that it has acquired Advanced Xelerate Tech (AXT), a Portugal-based start-up specialized in SAP solutions and created within the xelerate.tech accelerator ecosystem.
Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany – January 2026 — Orise is pleased to announce that it has acquired Advanced Xelerate Tech (AXT), a Portugal-based start-up specialized in SAP solutions and created within the xelerate.tech accelerator ecosystem. Through this most recent acquisition, Orise strengthens its commitment to local technological development and sets up a technology hub in Porto. Having originally been built in collaboration with the German headquarters, AXT will now fully operate under the Orise brand while maintaining its current team.

Orise will now offer a full SAP-based portfolio of products and services in Portugal, using the latest technologies such as Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud, Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private. The integration will strengthen the connection between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems, opening new opportunities for innovation and efficiency for clients in the region.
