Manufacturing Manager provides many functions that are otherwise outsourced to external MES systems and also communicates with machines and sensors to further automate production processes. These functionalities are now mapped in SAP ERP via intuitive SAP Fiori user interfaces and executed independently of the device.
With Manufacturing Manager, all information, documents and media required for the production order are available to the user at runtime from SAP PP standard structures. In addition to the functions relating to the production order, the solution also provides production-related apps such as Kanban, traceability, reporting and BI.
The user-friendly, role-based SAP Fiori interfaces make the application intuitive to use – both on stationary and mobile devices. Production employees receive all order-relevant information, documents and media in real time from the standard structures of SAP PP, allowing SAP Production Management to be implemented directly in the ERP system.
In addition to the classic functions relating to the production order, Manufacturing Manager also offers additional production-related functions such as Kanban, traceability, reporting and business intelligence in order to control, monitor and analyze your production processes holistically.
