This document outlines the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved during the runtime of an ADVANCED HYBRID Cloud contract. It provides a detailed framework for governing potential services that may arise throughout the contract duration. The document specifies which party—Orise Digital or the CUSTOMER—is responsible for delivering particular services, whether these services are subject to additional fees, and if any modifications to the contract are required for their provision.
Additionally, it identifies services that are excluded from Orise Digital’s scope of delivery. In such cases, it is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to either provide these services directly or engage a third party to deliver them. This document ensures clarity and transparency regarding all responsibilities, forming a solid foundation for collaboration during the contract period.
Orise Digital reserves the right to make modifications to this document at any time. Such modifications will never involve the removal or reduction of existing services or benefits. Adjustments are in-tended solely for the expansion of the current offerings, ensuring that any changes apply equally to existing customers.
This document is not customer-specific and is therefore applicable to all ADVANCED HYBRID Cloud contracts.
