Unless otherwise agreed in writing by customer and contractor, the terms of Orise Digital GmbH apply. These conditions apply to the customer in future services and deliveries even if they are not expressly underlied in the future. Any invalidity of certain regulations of these terms and conditions by law shall not affect the validity of the other regulations.
